C-PHASE: CREATIVITY

CREATE EFFECTIVE AND COST EFFICIENT PROGRAM(S)

In the C-Phase, we identify each program component including the time, budget and resources needed to accomplish each job within in the project.

We also budget and track each component by Project Job Number.

No work is initiated until the client approves budget and first installment is paid.
